Student Responsibilities
Students at McDaniel College are considered to be adults and are, therefore, expected to assume responsibility for their actions. The following are considered to be some of the student's academic responsibilities.
- to attend class regularly
- to be prepared for class
- to discuss accommodations in a timely manner with the faculty
- to ask for help when necessary
- to keep appointments with the ASC staff and to call a staff member if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.
- to be involved in their academic planning and course selections.
Students need to monitor their progress towards graduation. Students will have two advisors, the ASC Coordinator and a faculty advisor. The students should seek assistance from both advisors during their time at McDaniel College.
