Student Government Assembly Mission Statement

We, as student leaders, will strive to facilitate relations between the faculty, administration, staff and the student body. As an influential body, the SGA will work to establish firm communication to assess problems, make improvements, and coordinate change. The SGA shall be a proactive body which promotes student activities and is a forum that student groups can and want to come to for assistance, encouragement, and support. The driving forces and priorities of the SGA are representation of the needs of the students, the welfare of the community, and the Spirit of the Hill.
